WMC is an accounting firm in Bangkok. We handle monthly accounting, tax returns and year-end accounts for companies in Thailand. Our services also include company registration, changes to directors and shareholders, and related legal work. We work with foreign and Thai business owners, including those based overseas.

Changing accountants
We review your previous financial statements, tax filings and opening balances, then agree on the handover scope and start date.
Reports for head offices abroad
Financial reports in our standard format. Send us a blank copy of your finance team's template and we will tell you what we can match.
Tax advisory
Advice on how Thai tax applies to a decision or transaction, before you commit.
Late or incomplete records
A separate cleanup review comes first. If something is missing, we tell you what we could and could not review.
Fees in writing
Set by transaction volume, VAT, payroll and the state of your records. Work outside the proposal is quoted first.
Year-end and audit
The appointed independent CPA carries out the audit and issues the opinion. We prepare the records and schedules and respond to audit requests.
